If our customers have changed their minds or are dissatisfied with their purchase, we will be happy to talk to them to discuss the best course of action. If our product arrives with any damages or does not fit the expectations of our customers, we will be happy to replace the merchandise and/or give a refund. We ask that all customers contact us directly and immediately when they are wanting to return our merchandise or it was damaged upon arrival. Our family here at River Bottom Ranch will do everything we can to work with our customers within reason.
